Project THREE: American Red Cross BloodLink [2023 – 2024] đź’—Saved 30+ đź’—Lives – Completedđź’—
Goal: Increase blood donations for saving hearts
In collaboration with the American Red Cross, we launched the BloodLink project to boost blood donations. This initiative is set to play a crucial role in maintaining a steady supply of blood, thereby saving lives during a time when donations typically decline, ultimately saving lives and supporting heart health when it matters most.

Project FOUR: Donation at Fair Oaks Senior Living, Denton, Texas [Nov 2024]đź’—Completedđź’—
Goal: Improve the health and well-being of seniors, ensuring that they receive the care to maintain healthier lives
At Fair Oaks Senior Living in Denton, Texas, where community members, residents, and staff came together. The donation drive focused on providing essential food and wellness essentials to enhance the quality of life for seniors, particularly in promoting heart health.

Project FIVE: Heart Health Awareness Campaign & BP Monitor Donations [Dec 2024] đź’—Completedđź’—
Goal: Promote heart health and encouraging healthier lifestyle choices among seniors
The Heart Health Awareness Campaign at Fair Oaks Senior Living focused on educating residents and the community about the importance of cardiovascular health. The initiative included teaching blood pressure monitoring, and wellness activities aimed at promoting heart health and encouraging healthier lifestyle choices among seniors. Project SIX: Valentine’s Day – Heart Awareness Week [14 Feb 2025] đź’—Completedđź’—
Goal: To promote cardiovascular health and early prevention through community education during Heart Awareness Week.
During Valentine’s Day week, we organized Heart Awareness Week to promote cardiovascular health through a social media campaign and an in-person event at Fair Oaks Senior Living Community. Encouraged heart-healthy habits and emphasized the importance of early prevention through engaging awareness activities. The initiative beautifully combined the spirit of love with life-saving education, reaching both community members and senior residents.

Project SEVEN: ❤️Girls for Hearts: Help Heal a Heart❤️ [ April 2025 – Aug 2025]
Goal: Raise $5,000 to fund life-saving heart surgeries for children and families in India who need urgent care but cannot afford it.
Everyone deserves the chance to live a heart-healthy life. At Jivana Health Foundation, we believe every heartbeat matters, and every life deserves the opportunity to keep beating strong. We are committed to making heart care accessible to all, especially for those who cannot afford it, and dedicated to bringing hope and healing to communities affected by heart disease. Project EIGHT: Heart Health Screening Clinic: Underserved Communities in Tiruvannamalai, India [July 2026 – Aug 2026]
Goal: Provide free heart screenings
This initiative aims to provide free heart screenings for high-risk populations in underserved communities across India, including blood pressure checks, cholesterol testing, and diabetes management, in partnership with local medical doctors.

Project NINE: Physical Activity & Heart Health Education Campaigns [Aug 2026 – Dec 2026]
Goal: Empower individuals to make healthier lifestyle choices
Empower individuals to make healthier lifestyle choices (diet, exercise, quitting smoking) and recognize warning signs of heart problems early. Encourage a culture of heart-healthy habits, such as regular physical activity, which can reduce the risk of developing heart disease.
