“Many of these women were busy taking care of their homes and families, often putting their own health last. This experience opened my eyes to the urgent need for education and support. I believe every woman deserves a healthy heart and a chance to live without fear of heart disease. Through education, support, and advocacy, I want to make a difference one heart at a time. This foundation is my way of turning passion into action and helping women everywhere understand how to protect their most important organ.“
